Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy on all unopened, undamaged products. Proof of purchase must be supplied. Please call customer service on 1800222936, in advance, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation. Customers will be refunded the purchase price minus postage costs..

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time frame up to 5 to 8 business days. Expected delays.
You will receive a tracking code to monitor your order throughout the shipping process.
Please check order details carefully. Correct delivery address must be submitted at time of order.
Express orders must be placed by 7.30 am AEST for same day despatch.
