Gone are the days of scrubbing and filing away dry, dead skin from our feet. Today’s feet need a clean, convenient solution for treating tired and sore feet. That is where Baby Foot® comes in. Baby Foot® have been delivering top-quality personal foot care treatments for over 24 years.
Today, Baby Foot® are the leaders in the foot care industry, servicing customers around the globe. Go ahead and try Baby Foot® Exfoliating Foot Peel to see for yourself. After the peeling process has completed and removed your dry and cracked heels, you can then rejuvenate and refresh your feet. For your dry and cracked heels we recommend the Baby Foot® Hydrating Foot Mask.
We use our feet every day. Whether we are standing in a kitchen or stuck behind a computer desk, we squash them into tight heels and closed shoes with every bit of friction and pressure our feet endure. This results in tired, swollen, and sometimes sore feet. Over time our skin develops a thick layer of skin and calluses to protect against our daily activities. This layer usually hardens, dries out, and can crack if left untreated.
Conventional methods for softening or removing this dry skin include scrubbing with a pumice stone or cutting hard skin away, both of which can lead to infection and painful damage to the skin. Thus, a hydrating foot mask is a safer and less abrasive alternative to use. But the key is prevention and not waiting for the skin to get so dry and calloused. The Baby Foot® Hydrating Foot Mask is a non-peel treatment that helps to keep this layer of skin soft and moisturized, preventing the skin from becoming dry and flaky.
Baby Foot’s® Hydrating Foot Mask was designed for this very reason, to keep tired skin hydrated and supple. By combining collagen, hyaluronic acid, and 14 natural extracts our foot mask softens, moisturises, and nourishes your feet in one quick treatment. Each ingredient added contributes a unique property, be it moisturising, anti-inflammatory or conditioning.
Collagen is a natural protein which draws water from the inner layers of skin to the outer layers, keeping them hydrated. Hyaluronic acid reduces inflammation and helps our skin retain moisture. Included in the moisturising mask are 14 natural fruit and botanical flower extracts. These extracts include sage, lemon grass, and ivy for their astringent (acidic) and anti-microbial properties.
To help fight inflammation our foot mask includes watercress, soapwort, and burdock root. This combination of acids and moisturisers work at a cellular level to restore moisture and repair dry, damaged skin.
The Baby Foot® Hydrating Foot Mask is perfect for any occasion, whether you are prepping for a ladies night out or just want a quick TLC treatment to refresh your feet or even a quick pick me up for your feet. It is a 15-minute foot treatment that not only hydrates dry skin but leaves your feet feeling soft, supple, and rejuvenated. You can even use it after a Baby Foot® Exfoliation Foot Peel but only once the peeling process has completed – to maintain your new baby soft feet if they start to feel dry.
The gel-filled Baby Foot® Hydrating Foot Mask is easy-to-use and mess-free. Simply settle down in a comfortable spot and slip your feet into the booties. After 15 minutes you can remove the booties and instead of rinsing with water, simply massage the leftover gel into your feet.
Thanks to the popular Baby Foot® exfoliating foot peel, you can enjoy perfectly smooth and soft feet all year round. There really is no secret to it. In this article, we will look at how exfoliating foot masks work, how to use them, and why the Baby Foot® peel remains chief among all exfoliation choices.
Most of us find ourselves spending more time at home these days, running between zoom meetings, and answering home-school questions. Being busier than usual has made a quick trip to the salon for a pedicure not as accessible as it used to be.
So, any home-based product that makes life a little easier is always welcome. The Baby Foot® Exfoliating Foot Peel does just that. Foot peels (sometimes called masks) are well known for removing layers of unwanted, dead skin while treating and leaving new skin supple and nourished.
Thanks to our combination of 17 natural acids and conditioning ingredients, the Baby Foot® Exfoliating Foot Peel has set the benchmark for foot peel treatments with its unique combination of natural fruit and flower ingredients. Originally designed to treat fungal infections, the modified Baby Foot® peel now moisturises, exfoliates, and nourishes feet as well.
Each natural extract adds high moisturising and astringent (acidic) properties to the treatment. Citrus Oil, from Oranges, is a well-known anti-inflammatory, while malic Acid which is found in apples is a powerful astringent which encourages exfoliation. Anti-inflammatories and antioxidants like Watercress, Soapwort and Green Tea plants play an important role in healing and calming the skin during a foot peel treatment. Marigolds and Chamomile add moisture to new skin thanks to their skin conditioning properties.
The key exfoliating ingredient being alpha hydroxy acid disrupts the bond between skin cells. This results in skin peeling naturally, working from the inside out as opposed to conventional methods which involve scrubbing dead skin away from the surface down. Alpha-hydroxy acids also leave new skin nourished and moisturised, resulting in pleasant soft, smooth and supple feet.
The Baby Foot® Exfoliating Foot Peel treatment comes with two easy to apply plastic booties, they are mess free making them the perfect go to for at-home use. Rinse both your feet for at least 5 minutes under warm water before beginning the treatment – this is super important as it helps ensure the formula in the booties is absorbed into each of your feet. Ok, so with rinsing your feet done, we suggest you settle down in a comfortable spot and avoid walking around once the booties are applied as they can be slippery.
With the booties on, you simply put your feet up for an hour and let the treatment go to work. To enhance the absorption process, use a pair of our extra comfy room socks to secure the booties in place and to make the gel formula inside them fit snug against your skin – allowing your feet to soak up even more of the gel.
During this hour, the ingredients start to penetrate the surface of the skin, being absorbed by the surrounding cells. When the hour is up, you should rinse your feet in warm water.
Over the next 7 – 10 days, the skin cells in your feet will start to loosen and break down the thick bonds between dead skin cells. You must rinse your feet daily for at least 5 minutes and massage under warm water to aid along the peeling process as water activates peeling. Water keeps the ingredients active while they work at a cellular level. And when ready to be released, your skin will start to peel.
Peeling starts slowly and increases over the days that follow. Most importantly, do not pull the skin off yourself as this can be painful and interfere with the process. When the peeling stage is over you will have the softest, smoothest and most supple baby feet. To keep your feet moisturised and ever so soft you can use a hydrating foot cream (like the Baby Foot® Extra Rich Foot Cream) to maintain your silky soft feet once the peeling process has finished.
]]>Sifting through the assortment of foot care products available today can leave you feeling confused and swimming in a pool of choices. That’s why we decided to make the decision easier for you.
In this article, we will look at why the complete foot care range from Baby Foot® is all you will ever need for a lifetime of soft, smooth heels and healthy feet.
Baby Foot® has been in the foot care industry for over 24 years now. Our range of foot care products are designed to take care of your feet no matter what stage they’re at – dry skin and cracked heels, needing moisture and nourishment, smelly feet, or even maintaining what you have achieved through using our exfoliating foot peel – soft, smooth and supple feet.
First things first, let us handle those dry, cracked heels. The Original Baby Foot® Exfoliating Foot Peel is a market leader in foot exfoliation, any google search will present many articles and images of feet shedding dead skin like snakes. This is the perfect product to start your foot care journey with.
Enriched with 17 fruit and plant extracts, this natural acid peel goes to work at a cellular level. Powerful alpha-hydroxy acids gently loosen the bonds which hold dead skin cells so tightly together. This easy-to-use, 1-hour treatment conditions and moisturises the foot’s skin during the process as well. To make the experience even more relaxing, we suggest using the plush Baby Foot® Classic Room Socks for extra comfort.
Not only do these keep the gel treatment closer to your skin during application for more absorption, but they can also be used as socks to use once the peeling process begins so that when you go to bed at night, by wearing the room socks, not only are your feet kept warm but they also will prevent the shedding skin from going all over your sheets. Over a period of 10-14 days, your dry and dead skin cells will begin to lift off like paper, revealing baby soft and smooth feet beneath.
Someone once said, “The secret of landscapes isn’t creation…It’s maintenance.” and we could not agree more. The secret to silky smooth feet, is a regular routine, maintaining and caring for the new soft skin you have.
As with a garden, growth can take over and if not maintained things can get messy quickly. Our feet are usually the last body part we take care of in our daily hygiene routines. A thorough scrubbing and they are good to go, right? Well, not so much. Soaps and water can dry out skin further and if moisture is not put back in, it will continue to dry out further.
To make matters worse, the soles of our feet have less sebaceous glands, so the skin is not able to produce the oils that help lock in moisture and protect it.
A regular foot care routine requires one product, the Baby Foot® Extra Rich Moisturising Foot Cream. You can apply this extra rich cream after peeling has completed. And it’s best to use it when going to bed at night. It is even better if you use your Baby Foot® Classic Room Socks to lock the cream’s moisturising effect in and let it work throughout the night.
Our Extra Rich Foot Moisturising cream is enriched with a unique combination of Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Olive Oil, and Elderberry Blossoms. Shea Butter is known for its rich fatty acids and vitamins which deeply moisturise and regenerate skin cells. It also contains a flower extract as well, to keep skin healthy and to soothe irritation too.
When combined with Vitamin E, Olive Oil, and Elderberry, the cream firms, soothes, and protects your skin from daily exposure to friction and dehydration. You will wake up with soft, smooth, and supple feet every morning.
The daily use and pressure our feet are exposed to will dry them out and make them feel tired over time. For a quick refresh, we recommend using the Baby Foot® Hydrating Foot Mask.
This 15-minute treatment is a great way to rejuvenate feet before a special occasion (after the peeling process is complete, or between peels). Our foot mask combines 14 natural extracts with collagen and hyaluronic acid. A nourishing mixture of ingredients that immediately handles inflammation and rejuvenates your feet.

Starting with the cult favourite review from CNN Underscored, they simply loved it! My feet are officially ready for summer.” Read Courtney’s full Baby Foot® Review here.
Another online review is from none other than the world-renowned refinery 29. They thoroughly enjoyed our foot peel, fondly remembering the satisfaction of witnessing the glory of peeling and shedding skin. They said, “Yes, my feet are smoother and softer than they have ever been in my adult life. But I long for the heady days of last week when I could look forward to the horrific and thrilling site of my feet emerging from their soak, shedding wonderous layers of dead skin so great I had to keep the vacuum on hand”.
It doesn’t get better than a firsthand account. Watch their detailed and entertaining hands-on video to catch a glimpse of what to expect on your foot peel journey.
And lastly, an eloquent review from our friends at Cosmopolitan.
According to Cosmo, “Even though the whole process is a test in patience, I think it’s undeniably worth it”. The peeling process normally takes 2 to 5 days to start, but for some, it could take up to two weeks. Either way, it is well worth the wait. Especially when you see the results.
Thanks to our unique blend of 17 natural fruit and plant extracts, the Original Baby Foot® Exfoliating Foot Peel penetrates your skin, leaving your feet as soft and smooth as the day you were born. Foot peeling has never been easier, or more satisfying.
We have been reviewed over and over again by many people and the unanimous opinion never changes – that our Baby Foot® Exfoliating Foot Peel is world-class, one of a kind, and well worth the investment.

]]>Battling with feet that are hard, dry and cracked can be a nightmare if you’re not using the right products to treat your feet. Obviously, you’ve considered exfoliating, but perhaps you’ve not had much luck with any of the products that you’ve used? If you’ve tried granular exfoliating scrubs or pumice stones and found them to be too harsh on your skin, you might be pleasantly surprised by our new go-to solution – fruit enzymes, a milder alternative to harsh scrubs and other exfoliating acids.
As if we needed another reason to love fruit! Nowadays, fruit enzymes are used across a range of skincare products to exfoliate, brighten and soothe the skin. In this article, we’ll be looking at what fruit enzymes are, what they do, and where you can buy your very own fruit enzyme foot soak.
Enzymes are protein types produced by living organisms that are made up of amino acids. They are natural catalysts that create and speed up chemical reactions and break down proteins, much like the enzymes in your stomach. Enzymes help your body in many different ways by aiding digestion, exfoliating the skin, and much more.
It is important to know that while enzymes and acids (think AHA’s and BHA’s) both gently remove dead skin, they are not the same thing. Acids permeate the deep layers of the skin, whereas enzymes only work the outermost layer of the skin. Nor do enzymes interfere with the skin’s natural pH balance.
The majority of enzymes used in skincare products are obtained from a variety of fruit, including mango, pineapple, and papaya. These enzymes are aptly called fruit enzymes. Papaya enzymes, found in papaya fruit, is an effective skin exfoliant, and may also potentially help prevent free radical damage and oxidative stress.
Fruit enzymes can help soothe irritated or inflamed skin, and brighten dull-looking skin. They are also used for their exfoliating properties. Fruit enzymes slough away dead, rough skin cells by breaking down keratin protein bonds in the top layer of the skin, ridding you of dead skin cells to reveal smoother, healthier skin. Fruit enzymes may be found in a variety of products used for the skin, such as face masks, serums, cleansers, toners, moisturisers, exfoliants, and foot soaks.
Compared to other harsher scrubs and exfoliants enzymes are a good option for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Because fruit enzymes are unable to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin, potential irritation or other undesirable reactions are unlikely. This means that fruit enzymes are gentle enough to be used on a regular basis, and this applies to all skin types!
Now that you know a bit more about the marvellous benefits of using fruit enzyme supplemented skincare products, are you ready to try any of them for yourself? If so, you’ll love the Baby Foot® product that we’ve got in mind. The Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak is a perfect introduction to fruit enzyme skin care and it’s a real treat for your feet!
Papaya enzymes are one of many magical natural ingredients found in the Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak. As part of the Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak, papaya enzymes target the hard, dry, cracked skin cells of the feet, leaving you with smooth, supple, baby-soft feet. These enzymes also make it easier for your skin to absorb moisturisers, leaving your feet in tip-top shape.

]]>You’ve got the dress, the venue, and the bridesmaid sorted. Amidst all this planning, we wouldn’t blame you if your skin care routine has completely taken a back seat. That’s why we’ve prepared the ultimate skin care routine for brides to make sure you go down the aisle with the greatest skin any bride could dream of.
Healthy, glowing skin takes time. That’s why head to toe skin care is an essential part of your pre-wedding to-do list. In fact, your skin undergoes a 28 day regeneration cycle. For this reason, you need to kick-off your bridal skin care routine no less than a month before your wedding.
Your routine should include a weekly exfoliating treatment, followed by a facial mask. If you’re planning to get a facial, don’t leave it for the last minute either, as your skin may be a little red for several days after your treatment. We recommend scheduling it for at least two weeks before your big day, to allow your skin enough time to settle and look its best. Unless you want a pimple ruining your picture-perfect bridal look, ditch any deep cleansing and detox masks well ahead of time.
Imagine slipping into the delicate and sophisticated heels you’ve chosen for your wedding day, only to notice just how dry, cracked and neglected your feet actually are. Luckily this is a nightmare that can easily be avoided by stocking up on a few boxes of Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak. Don’t be fooled, this isn’t your average foot treatment. This fantastic foot soak is the answer to smooth, soft feet unlike you’ve ever had.
The secret to glowing skin is a simple twofold solution: Exfoliate and hydrate. Aim to exfoliate once a week, twice a week if you must, but no more, as you don’t want to overstimulate the skin. Choose an exfoliant based on your skin type. If your skin isn’t particularly sensitive a granular scrub will do the trick, but sensitive skin should opt for a gentler option such as a fruit enzyme based exfoliant. Now that you’ve scrubbed away those pesky dead skin cells, it’s time to moisturise. Keep an eye out for moisturisers with Vitamin C as it is known for its skin lightening and brightening properties.
The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is whether or not your dark circles and puffy eyes are going to stick out like a sore tooth in your wedding photographs. We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but many brides are unable to get a good night’s rest the night before their wedding. Whether it’s excitement, anxiety, or a combination of the two, you’ll most likely need a pair of soothing under eye patches to reduce under eye puffiness and calm the sensitive under eye skin.
The Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak, is our go-to foot treatment to soften, soothe and hydrate with fragrant Hinoki Cypress Wood and Yuzu Citrus scents from Japan’s Hot Springs. The Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak abolishes dry, hard skin cells, leaving you with baby-soft feet.

]]>But, the line between work and home can easily become blurred when you’re working from home, and while we all love an indulgent spa day, budgets might be a little tight after the festive season’s splurging. That’s why we’ve decided to dedicate this article to helping you unwind in the comfort of your own home. Keep reading for our top tips for preparing a home spa experience.
We’ve prepared four simple steps to create an indulging at-home spa experience. We hope you enjoy this special treat. Here are our tips for preparing your home spa treat:
For a truly relaxing home spa experience, why not try and incorporate some of your favourite spa elements into your home? You don’t need to go overboard, a few small additions can go a long way towards transforming your space into a serene sanctuary. Think soft candle light, relaxing instrumental music and essential oil diffusers. And there you have it – your very own home spa.
Unless you don’t mind being disturbed just as you finally reach a state of relaxation, we suggest switching off all electronics. Yes, that includes your cell phone. If the thought of disconnecting from the world makes you uncomfortable, you can put your cell phone on silent mode instead. Remember, the idea is to relax and unwind. We also recommend choosing a quiet spot in your home where you won’t be disturbed. If possible, choose a time during the day that you will be alone and least likely to be interrupted. Alternatively let your loved ones know that you’re devoting a few hours to self-care.
Now that you’ve got the spa atmosphere sorted, you’re ready to start your pamper session. We like to start by cleansing the face and applying a face mask. Choose a face mask that matches your skin type or targets a specific skin-care concern. You can also add soothing eye pads to your under eye area to revitalize your eyes and reduce puffiness – we love Lush’s Cucumber Eye Pads.
When it comes to daily skincare routines, we tend to neglect or ignore our feet. With this in mind, we think it’s about time to give your feet the TLC they deserve. What better way to do that than with a relaxing foot soak? We absolutely adore the Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak as it smells delightful and results are spectacular. Plus, all Baby Foot® products are vegan and cruelty-free. Who doesn’t love guilt-free beauty?
The Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak, is a foot soak designed to soften, nourish, and relax with Hinoki Cypress Wood and Yuzu Citrus fragrances from Japan’s Hot Springs. While you relax, the Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak papaya plant enzymes are tackling the dry, hard skin cells on your feet. It’s the perfect addition to your home spa day that will leave you with baby-soft feet.
If you enjoyed the Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak you might want to add the Baby Foot® Original Exfoliating Foot Peel to your treatment list next time. It is the perfect solution for rough, cracked, and dry feet.
]]>Summers in Australia can get hot, to say the least. Excessive sun exposure increases the risk of developing skin cancer, which is the most commonly diagnosed type of cancer in Australia. But even short periods of exposure are not without risk. Skin damage can occur after just 15 minutes of exposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays. Sunburns are the result of UVB rays, while signs of premature ageing are partially attributed to UVA rays.
Skin cancer affects approximately two out of three Australians under the age of 70. Annually, about 980,000 new cases of Basal Cell Carcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma are treated in Australia alone. The risk of developing skin cancer increases with age, with the majority of diagnoses being made in individuals older than 40. Although younger individuals can also develop skin cancer. With this in mind, it is clear how important it is to take steps to protect your
Most of us already know how critical it is to protect our skin from the sun, especially in the sweltering summer sun. But did you know that you should include your feet? Our feet are also vulnerable to sunburn and various types of skin cancer.
To prevent skin damage and sunburn, and reduce your risk of developing skin cancer, you should apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB radiation to your entire body, all the way down to your feet. Both chemical and mineral sunscreens offer effective protection from the sun’s harmful rays if applied correctly. But there’s a little more to it than simply choosing either chemical-based or mineral-based sunscreen. It is best to apply your sunscreen at least 15 minutes before going outside, even if you are using a sunscreen that provides immediate protection, as sweat can lower the effectiveness of your sunscreen.
As a general rule, pick a sunscreen of at least SPF30, anything less doesn’t cut it. Be generous with the amount of sunscreen that you apply. It is best to apply sunscreen before putting on swimwear, as you are less likely to miss any part of your body. Don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen according to the instructions on the bottle. Typically, you should reapply your sunscreen every two hours or so. In addition to your feet, you should also apply sunscreen to other harder to reach and frequently overlooked spots such as the eyelids, hairline, scalp, ears, knees, hands, and lips.
In addition to applying sunscreen to the top and bottom of your feet, there are a few other things that you can do to protect your feet. Keep an eye on the appearance of your feet. Pay attention to any moles or freckles on your feet. By regularly performing self-checks on your feet, you are more likely to notice anything abnormal. If you spot changes in the shape, size, or colour of moles or freckles on your feet, it is best to schedule an examination with your Doctor.
What better way to end a long summer’s day in the sun by winding down with a foot treatment from Baby Foot®? Who said self-care needed to be reserved for special occasions or as a pick-me-up after a bad day? Treat yourself, your feet deserve it. The Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak with satisfying scents of Yuzu Citrus or Hinoki Cypress Wood will help you keep your feet in tip-top shape all summer. The Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak is bursting with natural goodness, such as papaya enzymes, to make your feet baby soft and ready to slip into your favourite summer sandals.
]]>With spring in full bloom, now is the time to slip into all of your favourite airy summer sandals and strappy heels. Naturally, you will want your feet to look their best. However, we know that the cold winter months can wreak havoc on the appearance of your feet. Dry, rough and cracked heels can be enough to make you instantly regret putting your feet on display. That’s why we have prepared a few tips to prep your feet for the sunny season.
A pedicure is a popular cosmetic treatment for the feet and toenails. Pedicures are done mostly for aesthetic reasons, but may also be used therapeutically. Simply put, a pedicure is a pampering treat for your feet. Pedicures usually include toenail care, a foot soak or spa, exfoliating and moisturising the feet and ankles, and the application of nail polish. Some pedicures may also incorporate a foot and leg massage as part of the treatment. Pedicures are generally between 30 and 90 minutes long, depending on the type of pedicure and what is included in the treatment.
The months of neglect and confinement during winter have unsurprisingly taken their toll on your feet. Regret might be sinking in. If only you had taken better care of your feet. Now, you are faced with a dilemma: How can you possibly transform your currently cringe-worthy feet into beautifully pampered feet that you can proudly show off?
What better way to prep your feet for summer than a treatment-packed pedicure? Traditionally, pedicures start by soaking the feet in a warm foot bath to soften the skin and make it easier to remove dead skin. If you’d like to kick off your summer prepping with a truly indulgent treat, we highly recommend Baby Foot®. Their Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak is available in two delightful scents, Yuzu Citrus and Hinoki Cypress Wood. The Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak is crammed with natural ingredients to refresh, revitalise and soften your feet – your feet will be summer sandal-ready in no time!
Following your Baby Foot® Peel-Enhancing Foot Soak, your feet are ready to be exfoliated. You will need either an exfoliating scrub, pumice stone or file. Starting with the heels, gently slough away dry, dead skin on your feet. Rinse your feet with warm water after exfoliating. If you are using a file or pumice stone, make sure to also clean these afterwards.
After exfoliating, use a cuticle pen to gently push your cuticles towards your nail bed. Then grab a pair of nail clippers and trim your toenails. Lastly, use a nail file to smooth your toenails, taking care not to round the edges.
To soften your freshly soaked and exfoliated feet, massage moisturiser into your feet. If you really want to treat yourself, use a massage oil with a drop of your favourite aromatherapy oil instead of a moisturiser. Not that your feet are in tip-top shape, it’s for the fun part: Choosing a nail polish.
Pick a nail polish that compliments your unique summer style. You should also consider the type of nail polish that you will be using, depending on your needs. If you want a long-lasting polish, gel nail polish is your best choice. However, if you have brittle nails, traditional nail polish might be more suitable.
We are confident that the pedicure tips in this article are all you will need to keep your feet in tip-top shape all summer long. For tips on how to protect your feet from the scorching summer sun, read our blog post. If you would like to read more about how to keep your feet looking and feeling great, head to our blog.
